My name is Veronika, I am an artist, pet illustrator, cute things maker based in Houston, Texas. Originally from Russia, and with family roots in Latvia, my illustration style is inspired by many different cultures especially folk art.
Aside from my sacred creative time, some of my favorite things are nature walks with my dog Fidel, seeking out swimming holes (that’s why I love living in Texas) and experiencing new cultures and foods. Oh, and also spending too much time in art supply stores.
I studied Graphic Design with a focus on Illustration at San Diego City College and got my BS in Retail and Consumer Science from the University of Houston.
